SpeakerCleaner ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect

SpeakerCleaner does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier as a condition of using the app.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you use SpeakerCleaner, the following information may be collected automatically:
- Device type, iOS version, and app version
- Anonymous usage analytics (e.g., which features you use)
- Crash reports and diagnostic logs
- App Store subscription status (managed by Apple)
1.3 Information we do NOT collect
SpeakerCleaner does not collect:
- Your microphone audio
- Your contacts, photos, or files
- Your location
- Any data that personally identifies you
2. How We Use Information
The limited information we collect is used to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve SpeakerCleaner
- Diagnose technical issues and crashes
- Understand which features are popular
- Process subscriptions through the Apple App Store
3. Data Storage
All cleaning history, custom presets, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our servers.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's privacy practices apply to all transactions — see Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
5. Third-Party Services
SpeakerCleaner may use the following third-party services for analytics and crash reporting:
- Apple App Store Connect (subscriptions, app analytics)
- Apple TestFlight (beta testing, when applicable)
These services collect data subject to their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.
6. Children's Privacy
SpeakerCleaner is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. Data Retention
Because cleaning history, presets, and settings are stored locally on your device, that data is retained until you delete it from the app or uninstall SpeakerCleaner. Anonymous diagnostic and usage data collected through Apple's services is retained according to Apple's data retention policies.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access any data associated with your usage
- Request deletion of any data we hold
- Opt out of analytics (via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements)
- Cancel your subscription at any time through App Store settings
To request access to or deletion of any information associated with your use of SpeakerCleaner, email us at privacy@speakercleaner.app. We will respond within 30 days. You can also delete all locally-stored app data instantly by uninstalling SpeakerCleaner from your device.
9. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect any data we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
