Support & FAQs
Most questions are answered below. Still stuck? Email us anytime.
Will SpeakerCleaner damage my speaker?+
No. SpeakerCleaner uses safe audio frequencies within the normal operating range of iPhone speakers. As long as you keep the volume at reasonable levels, your speaker is safe.
How long should I run a cleaning session?+
Most users see results in 30–60 seconds. For stubborn water, run the Water mode for up to 2 minutes. Use the Auto Repair tool for a guided multi-stage routine.
Why isn't the water coming out?+
Make sure your phone is positioned speaker-down so gravity helps. Try increasing the intensity, switching to a lower frequency, or running the Bass mode briefly.
Does it work on iPad and Apple Watch?+
Yes. SpeakerCleaner works on any device with a speaker — iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch (when paired with iPhone).
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SpeakerCleaner → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund directly from Apple within 14 days of purchase.
What's the difference between subscription tiers?+
All tiers unlock the same premium features — only the billing period differs. Current options and pricing are shown in the App Store. Try the free trial first to see if SpeakerCleaner works for you.
Does SpeakerCleaner collect my audio?+
No. SpeakerCleaner only outputs audio — it never records or accesses your microphone. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
