Terms of Service

Welcome to SpeakerCleaner. By downloading, installing, or using SpeakerCleaner (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpeakerCleaner on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

SpeakerCleaner offers auto-renewing subscriptions that grant full access to all premium features for the duration of the chosen period. Available subscription lengths and current pricing are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase, and may vary by region and currency.

Subscriptions may begin with a free trial (where available and offered to first-time subscribers only). Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen subscription package.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase (iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Resell, rent, or sublicense access to the App
• Use the App in a way that could harm your device or hearing

4. Disclaimer

SpeakerCleaner is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will:

• Successfully remove all water, dust, or debris from your speakers
• Be compatible with all devices
• Be uninterrupted or error-free

Use SpeakerCleaner at safe volumes. Prolonged exposure to loud audio can damage your hearing and your speakers. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakerCleaner and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damaged speakers, hearing loss, or data loss.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code in SpeakerCleaner is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the App without our permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
